Resources — for educators, by educators

The KBase Educators Community stemmed from instructors looking to create and share teaching resources for using the KBase platform with their students. Together, the community developed modular workflows to provide their students with research-based experiences around bioinformatics and systems biology using KBase that connect to biological concepts.

A how-to guide on best practices to use and contribute resources to the KBase Educators Org. This is a living document that updates regularly with community input.

Shareable, reproducible teaching analysis workflows – from genomes to microbial metabolism – are broken down into modules for labs and class periods and supporting resources for using the Narrative.
