Microbial Genomics

Learn how to import data into KBase, process and assemble short and long sequencing reads, and annotate features on the genome. This session will also how to construct feature sets in KBase, build and trim multiple sequence alignments, create hidden Markov models from these MSAs, and use these HMMs to search for and identify genes of interest.
