Welcome!

The 2021 Multi-Omics Modeling of Biochemical Pathways course was a virtual course hosted by the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL) and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), featuring experts from EMSL, PNNL, Agile BioFoundry, and KBase.

Materials from this course cover visualization tools, analysis, and modeling of multi-omics data for understanding biochemical pathways. The curriculum includes lectures around topics of experimental design, transcriptome and proteome data, metabolomics and lipidomics data, metabolic modeling, and fluxomics.

The curriculum for modeling is accessible to the community as part of the EMSL 2021 Summer School – Multi-omics Modeling of Biochemical Pathways Organization in KBase. Create a KBase account and request to join the KBase Org to get started today!
