Bugfix: Annotate Domains in GenomeSet

We have fixed a highly reported bug in the Annotate Domains in GenomeSet app that prevented users from successfully running the tool. The issue has been resolved and we encourage users to re-run the app to annotate features from domain libraries on their genomes.

New App: Correct Reads with Lighter

Check out our new app for reads processing: Correct Reads with Lighter. Lighter is a kmer-based error correction method for whole genome sequencing data generated by Illumina platforms.

Bugfix: Using Unicycler Assemblies in DRAM

Our user support team discovered and fixed a bug that prevented hybrid assemblies from Assemble Reads with Unicycler from being successfully annotated with Annotate and Distill Assemblies with DRAM. We encourage any users who experience this issue to re-run DRAM on their hybrid assemblies. As always, please report any errors with KBase apps to our Help Board.
